This booklet covers the criteria for Component 2 in Health and Social Care, based on the official specification and what is expected of learners in terms of ability and content. Additionally tailored scenarios are written for learners to apply their knowledge too.

This booklet is structured around filling in the criteria for Component one unit 1, the booklet graded 1-9 has space for all of the criteria from the Pearson Exam Board, making planning easier, and evidence for moderation much smoother. It also includes a booklet just for Level 1 requirements for students that want to work their way up or differentiation in planning.

This lesson is on the key stress research by Kiecolt-Glaser. This can be used for a multitude of subjects but is mainly tailored to A level and Applied Psychology.

This pack contains all lesson slides and sheets for unit 1 (some activities are removed due to copyright), as well as 3 revision sessions, this pack follows the Cara Flanagan textbook. The files cannot upload in order, on the site, but I have reflected this in the price. The evaluation task included in the pack is great for independent learning and expanding on students own evaluation, as it is based on exam structure for extended writing. This can be used on the slides labeled evaluation.

These booklets are designed to breakdown and structure the criteria and work needed from students, as well as included extension tasks for Merit and distinction. You may also want to add an extension task of adding advantages and disadvantages for each type of support. Students who complete all of these booklets in full sentences/paragraphs will most likely gain a level 2 PASS for the second half of Task 2 Unit 1.
